The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JOHOTIN”) wishes to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 3.5 sen per share amounting to RM3,265,686.66 net in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting of JOHOTIN.The payment date and entitlement date of the Final Dividend will be determined at a later date.
