Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors’ of JTB wishes to announce that, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, namely Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad (“JTFSB”)(“the Vendor”) had on 24 June 2015 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Amerseal Industrial Sdn Bhd (Company No. 611683-W) of No.2, Jalan IM 3/6, Kawasan Perindustrian IM3, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang (“the Purchaser”) to dispose off the following properties at the total selling price of RM5,000,000-00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Million Only) plus 6% GST of RM300,000-00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Three Hundred Thousand Only).

Property A

All that piece of leasehold land held under HS(D) 527337 LOT 6423 Bandar Johor Bahru, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor, measuring approximately 0.3634 Hectares (formerly known as HS(D) 108311 TLO 1936). Address: No. 7, Jalan Gagah, Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru.

Property B

All that piece of leasehold land held under HS(D) 527338 LOT 6422 Bandar Johor Bahru, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor, measuring approximately 0.353 Hectares (formerly known as HS(D) 7258 TLO 1883). Address: No. 5, Jalan Gagah, Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru.

None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said transaction.
