The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming 15th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date which will be notified later, for the Proposed Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company (“Proposed Amendment”).
