Remarks: 

Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”), par value is no longer relevant. This proposed single tier final dividend is subject to the shareholder approval at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of Johore Tin Berhad.
