Reference is made to JTB’s announcements dated:-

1)    26 April 2017 in regards to the Payment Date of the Single Tier Final Dividend of 1.5 sen per share; and

2)    29 May 2017 in regards to the Payment Date of the Interim Dividend of 1.5 sen per share;

(collectively “Payment Dates”).

JTB wishes to announce that as the Payment Dates of both the Single Tier Final Dividend and Interim Dividend on 27 June 2017 (Tuesday) is a replacement holiday for Hari Raya Puasa on 25 June 2017 (Sunday). Therefore, the payment of the Single Tier Final Dividend and Interim Dividend will only be credited into the accounts of the entitled shareholders on 28 June 2017 (Wednesday).
