1)  The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex – Dividend” as from: 13 Jun 2017 (Remain Unchanged)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 15 Jun 2017 (Remain Unchanged)
3)  Date Payable : 28 Jun 2017 (Instead of 27 June 2017)

Remarks: 

Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”), par value is no longer relevant. The Payment Date of the Single Tier Final Dividend on 27 June 2017 (Tuesday) as announce on 26 April 2017, is a replacement holiday for Hari Raya Puasa on 25 June 2017 (Sunday). Therefore, the payment of the Single Tier Final Dividend will only be credited into the accounts of the entitled shareholders on 28 June 2017 (Wednesday). The other information remain unchange.
