The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be convened:
1) Proposed Share Buy-Back Mandate; and 2) Proposed adoption of the New Constitution of the Company
A Statement containing the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back Mandate and the Annexure 1 containing the details of the Proposed Alteration will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company with the Annual Report 2018 in due course.
