The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that the Company has executed a Guarantee in favour of a supplier of Able Food Sdn. Bhd. (“AFSB”) namely Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad (“KJCFB”) of Lot 10 Jalan Perusahaan Satu, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, as primary obligor, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to the KJCFB the performance of the Contracts and full and punctual discharge by the AFSB of any and all payment obligations of the Subsidiary under or in connection with the Contracts.
