The Board of Directors of JTB (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 765074-D) (“Able Dairies”), a wholly-owned Subsidiary of JTB, had subscribed for an additional 103,993 (One Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three) ordinary and nominative shares, each with face value of $100.00 (One Hundred Pesos 00/100 Mexican Currency) on its equivalent to the amount of USD544,913.46 (United States Dollar: Five Hundred Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen and Cents Forty Six Only) representing 54.0230% interest in shares in APM.
