The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM1.2 million (Ringgit Malaysia: One Million and Two Hundred Thousand only) had been executed by JTB in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (OCBC) to guarantee OCBC for the Renewed Credit Facilities granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kluang Tin and Can Factory Sdn. Bhd.
