Pursuant to Paragraph 10.04, Chapter 10 of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“Unican”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of JTB, has on April 26, 2005 awarded a Contract in relation to the construction and the completion of the proposed factory on Lot PTD 124298, Jalan Seelong, Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor to TSK Construction Sdn. Bhd. at the contract sum of RM11,000,000.00.
