The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that a fresh Corporate Guarantee of RM5,400,000.00 in favour of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (UOB) to guarantee UOB for the Revised Credit Line Facilities granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd. has been executed. The existing guarantee for RM3,400,000.00 executed by JTB is to remain in force and shall only be cancelled 6 months after receipt by the UOB of the fresh guarantee for RM5,400,000.00 and upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the Bank’s Offer Letter dated September 26, 2005.
