The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce on the following:
i) The Fifth Annual General Meeting of JTB will be held at Pulai Springs Resort, Kayangan Suites, 20km, Jalan Pontian Lama, 81110 Pulai, Johor, Malaysia, on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 9.30 a.m.
ii) An Extraordinary General Meeting of JTB will be held at Pulai Springs Resort, Kayangan Suites, 20km, Jalan Pontian Lama, 81110 Pulai, Johor, Malaysia, on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 10.00 a.m., or immediately upon the conclusion or adjournment of the Fifth Annual General Meeting of JTB to be held at the same venue and on the same date at 9.30 a.m., whichever is later.
The Notice of the aforesaid meetings will appear in the Star on June 2, 2006.
