The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad wishes to recommend a First and Final 3% Dividend, less 27% Income Tax, amounting to RM1,444,940.10 net in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2006.

The payment date and the entitlement date of the Final Dividend will be determined at a later date.
