Financial Information on the Assets
Not Applicable

Financial Effects of the Acquisition – Gearing
The acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the gearing of JOHOTIN Group.

Original cost of investment to the vendor and the date of such investment
The Original cost of the investment to the Vendor was RM4,810,000.00 and the date of such investment was on 27 Feb. 2004 (Date of Sales and Purchase Agreement).

The Prospects of the Assets
To expand further its manufacturing sectors and thus generate the desired growth to expand the business operation for the Group.

PART C: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Valuation
No professional valuation was arranged for purpose of proposed acquisition. The consideration was determined from information of prevailing land prices available in the market.
