The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM7,480,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seven Million Four Hundred and Eighty Thousand only) in favour of Public Bank Berhad (PBB) to guarantee PBB for the Fixed Loan Facility granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd. has been executed.
