The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that the Company to continue providing a Corporate Guarantee of RM1,200,000.00 in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) to secure the renewed Credit Facilities granted to Kluang Tin and Can Factory Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company).
