| The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM4,350,000.00 in favour of Public Bank Berhad (“PBB”) to guarantee PBB for the credit faclities totalling RM4,350,000.00 granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad (“JTFSB”) has been executed, to meet the condition of PBB for agreeing to discharge the 2 factory units at No. 5 & 7, Jalan Gagah, Larkin Industrial Area, Johor Bahru of JTFSB. |
