The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that an Additional Corporate Guarantee of RM599,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand only) together with interest thereon in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) to guarantee OCBC for the Additional Credit Facilities of RM500,000.00 granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kluang Tin and Can Factory Sdn. Bhd. has been executed.This announcement is dated 11 March 2010.
