The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that the Company do agree to provide a Corporate Guarantee for the principal sum of RM11,000,000.00 plus interest thereon in favour of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (“HLBB”) to secure the existing Facility granted to Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company).
