Reference is made to our announcement of 5 December 2012.
The Company wishes to furnish the following additional information according to your query letter of 6 December 2012 (Ref: TE-121206-40789) for public release.1. The existing land is vacant and planted with matured palm trees;2. The market value of the Land as appraised by JS Valuers Property Consultants (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd. is RM5,800,000 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA: FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY);3. No encumbrances;4. The conversion premium of the Land has yet to be confirmed, as pending for the submission to the Land Authorities;5. The total estimated construction cost for new warehouse and factory is RM10 million and the source of funds is to utilise the proceeds from the recent rights issue. This Announcement is dated 7 December 2012. |
