The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JOHOTIN”) wishes to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 3.8% amounting to RM2,659,202 net in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 11th Annual General Meeting of JOHOTIN.

The payment date and the entitlement date of the Final Dividend will be determined at a later date.
