| The renouncable entitlements to the Rights Shares with Warrants must be subscribed by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of JTB at 5.00 p.m. on 24 October 2012 (“Entitled Shareholders”) in full or in part (subject to the subscription of the Rights Shares with Warrants in an equal proportion), as a package and not to be subscribed separately or disproportionately.
Entitled Shareholders who renounce all or any part of their entitlements to the Rights Shares provisionally allotted to them under the Rights Issue with Warrants will simultaneously relinquish their corresponding entitlements to the Rights Shares including their corresponding entitlements to the Warrants. The Abridged Prospectus accompanying the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from 24 October 2012.
