The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JOHOTIN”) wishes to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 4.2% amounting to
RM3,918,823.99 net in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 12th Annual General Meeting of JOHOTIN. The payment date and entitlement date of the Final Dividend will be determined at a later date. This announcement is dated 26 April 2013.
