The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that the Company has executed Corporate Guarantees in favour of its subsidiaries’ Suppliers namely Hoogwegt International BV, Hoogwegt U.S. Inc. and Interfood Singapore Pte. Ltd. on all the owing arising from normal course of business by Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary company) and Able Food Sdn. Bhd. (an 80% owned subsidiary company).
