The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that the Company has executed a Guarantee in favour of a supplier of Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. (“ADSB”) (“Wholly Owned Subsidiary”) namely Louis Dreyfus Commodities Asia Pte. Ltd. (“Beneficiary”) as primary obligor, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to the Beneficiary the performance of the Contracts and full and punctual discharge by ADSB of any and all payment obligations of ADSB under or in connection with the Contracts.This announcement is dated 13 October 2014.
