The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that the Company do agree to provide the following Corporate Guarantees in favour of Citibank Berhad to secure the indebtedness of facilities granted to Able Food Sdn. Bhd. (subsidiary of the Company).1) Corporate Guarantee for United States Dollars Four Million Five Hundred Thousand only (USD4,500,000.00)
