The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company has agreed to provide Corporate Guarantees of USD3,000,000.00 and RM1,100,000.00 in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) to secure the following Credit Facilities respectively granted by OCBC to Able Dairies Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. a) Foreign Current Revolving Credit (“FCRC”) Facility(ies) of USD3,000,000.00 b) Foreign Exchange Line (“FX”) Facility of RM10,000,000.00 (notional limit) This announcement is dated 19 June 2015.
