The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that the Company has agreed to provide the following Corporate Guarantees in favour of HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad (“HSBC”) to secure the Banking Facilities granted by HSBC to Able Food Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of the Company). 1) Corporate Guarantee Amount : USD5,000,000.00 (United States Dollars: Five Million only) 2) Corporate Guarantee Amount : RM3,000,000.00 (Malaysia Ringgit: Three Million only) This announcement is dated 14 August 2015. |
