DEALINGS IN LISTED SECURITIES (CHAPTER 14 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : INTENTION TO DEAL DURING CLOSED PERIOD

In compliance with Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa, JTB having received a notification on 6 November 2015 from Mr Edward Goh Swee Wang, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, giving notice that he and his connected persons intend to deal in JTB’s securities during the closed period pending the announcement of JTB’s 3rd Quarter Financial Results for the period ended 30 September 2015. Mr Edward Goh Swee Wang’s current shareholding in JTB is as follows:

* Indirect interest by virtue of

1) Mr Goh Mia Kwong (father)’s shareholdings in Johore Tin Berhad (JTB): 13,344,885

2) Ms Lisa Goh Li Ling (sister)’s shareholdings in JTB: 146,000.

** Indirect interest by virtue of Mr Goh Mia Kwong (father)’s warrants holding in JTB: 240,085
