In compliance with Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa, JTB having received a notification on 6 November 2015 from Mr Ng Keng Hoe which is a director of Able Dairies Sdn Bhd (Wholly-owned subsidiary of JTB) and a substantial shareholder of JTB, giving notice that he and his connected persons intend to deal in JTB’s securities during the closed period pending the announcement of JTB’s 3rd Quarter Financial Results for the period ended 30 September 2015. Mr Ng Keng Hoe’s current shareholding in JTB is as follows:
