The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company had subscribed for an additional 43,500,000 Ordinary Shares at an issue price of RM1.00 per share in the capital of Able Diaries Sdn. Bhd. :(“ADSB”) making the total investment to be RM45,000,000 comprising 45,000,000 Ordinary Shares AND THAT the mode of the payment be in the following manners:

  1. Cash payment – RM16,633,421;  and
  2. Contra of account for owing by ADSB of RM26,866,579 and with the contra, ADSB has discharged its liability on owing due to the company in respect of RM26,866,579.
