- SUBSCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT IN SHARES OF UNICAN INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD., THE WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF JOHORE TIN BERHAD (THE COMPANY)

The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company had subscribed for an additional 16,600,000 Ordinary Shares at an issued price of RM1.00 per share in the capital of Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“Unican”) making the total investment to be RM18,000,000 comprising 18,000,000 Ordinary Shares AND THAT the mode of the payment be in the following manners:

  1. Cash payment – RM1,274,660.58 and
  2. Contra of account for owing by Unican of RM15,325,339.42 and with the contra, Unican has discharged its liability on owing due to the company in respect of RM15,325,339.42.
