Reference is made to JTB’s announcements dated 30 July 2020, 16 June 2020, 13 February 2020 and 12 February 2020 in respect of the proposed acquisition of land by a wholly-owned subsidiary, Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. (“ADSB”). The Company wishes to inform that ADSB will be entering into Sale & Purchase Agreeement only in September 2020. Further development on the Proposed Acquisition will be announced in due course when the Sale & Purchase Agreement is signed. This announcement is dated 28 August 2020. |
