The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 July 2021 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from “JOHORE TIN BERHAD” to “ABLE GLOBAL BERHAD” with effect from 22 July 2021. This announcement is dated 26 July 2021.
